หมึกที่ยังไม่เปิดสามารถเก็บได้จนถึงวันหมดอายุที่ระบุบนขวด ส่วนหมึกที่เปิดแล้วควรใช้ให้หมดโดยเร็วที่สุด แต่หากเก็บไว้ในอุณหภูมิ –20 ถึง 40 °C ก็ยังคงใช้งานได้

หากหมึกแช่แข็งที่ 5 °F (–15 °C) จะแข็งตัวได้ แต่สามารถละลายน้ำแข็งได้โดยการเก็บไว้ที่อุณหภูมิ 77 °F (25 °C) เป็นเวลาประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง ก่อนใช้งานต่อได้

เครื่องพิมพ์ EPSON L3210 รองรับการพิมพ์สองด้านแบบแมนนวล (Manual Duplex) หมายถึงต้องกลับกระดาษเองหลังพิมพ์ด้านแรก จึงไม่สามารถพิมพ์อัตโนมัติได้

เครื่องพิมพ์ L3210 รองรับกระดาษหนาสูงสุด 0.25 มม. และสามารถพิมพ์เอกสารทั่วไปได้โดยไม่มีปัญหาการติดกระดาษ แต่ควรตรวจสอบว่ากระดาษวางอย่างถูกต้องในถาด
