The Dahua NVR4204-P-4KS3 is a Lite network video recorder designed for high performance at an affordable price. It supports IP cameras up to 12 MP resolution and smoothly processes 4K video. It supports Smart H.265+, H.265, Smart H.264+, H.264, and MJPEG video encoding for efficient bandwidth savings. It supports up to 8 channels of simultaneous decoding at 1080p@30 fps or 4 channels at 4 MP@30 fps for real-time display. The system supports AI functions via cameras, such as face detection, person and vehicle detection, perimeter protection, and people counting, reducing false alarms from animals or moving leaves and improving event detection accuracy.
