โมดูล TL-SM5310-T จาก TP-Link ช่วยแปลงพอร์ต SFP+ บนสวิตช์หรืออุปกรณ์เครือข่ายให้สามารถเชื่อมต่อผ่านสาย LAN (RJ45) ได้อย่างรวดเร็วและเสถียร โดยรองรับความเร็วสูงสุด 10.3 Gbps พร้อมทำงานร่วมกับมาตรฐาน 10GBASE-T, 5GBASE-T, 2.5GBASE-T, 1000BASE-T และ 100BASE-TX ได้ทันที โดยสามารถส่งข้อมูลระยะทางสูงสุด 30 เมตรเมื่อใช้สาย UTP Cat.6a หรือดีกว่า สำหรับโหมด 10GBASE-T และ 100 เมตรสำหรับโหมดอื่น ๆ โมดูลมีโครงสร้างโลหะทั้งตัวเพื่อลดการรบกวนสัญญาณ (EMI) และทนต่ออุณหภูมิการทำงานได้กว้างถึง 0–70 °C ทำให้ใช้งานได้ในสภาพแวดล้อมจริงที่หลากหลาย พร้อมฟีเจอร์ Hot-Pluggable สำหรับการเปลี่ยนโมดูลโดยไม่ต้องปิดเครื่อง
