Tapo C425 KIT V2 camera uses a 1/3" Progressive Scan CMOS Starlight sensor for clear images even in low light, supporting up to 2K QHD (2560 × 1440 pixels) resolution with 25/30 fps frame rate and featuring Full-Color Night Vision with 4 white LED and 4 IR LEDs, allowing detailed visibility even at night. The camera can store video locally on a microSD Card up to 512GB (sold separately) and via the Tapo Care cloud service (subscription required). It also supports AI-based detection for specific objects such as people, pets, and vehicles, with customizable detection zones for precise monitoring. The camera connects via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and supports voice control through Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
