It supports Auto MDI/MDIX on every port and Auto Negotiation to detect the speed of connected devices automatically, enabling immediate plug-and-play functionality without changing cables or adjusting settings. It also features TP-Link Green Technology, which dynamically adjusts power consumption based on actual connection status, reducing carbon emissions and saving up to 80% on electricity costs. Additionally, it supports Jumbo Frames up to 12KB, significantly improving data transfer efficiency for large data packets. Data flow management is handled via IEEE 802.3x (Full Duplex) and Backpressure (Half Duplex) to minimize data loss
