The Tapo C230 V1 delivers sharp 3K 5MP (2880×1620) resolution with a Starlight sensor for clear images even in low light, using 850 nm infrared LEDs with a range up to 12 meters. The camera supports 340° horizontal rotation (covering 360°) and 69° vertical tilt, enabling full coverage of wide areas. It features advanced AI detection for people, animals, crying babies, broken glass, and line-crossing, reducing false alarms. The camera supports local recording via microSD card up to 512GB or cloud storage through Tapo Care (subscription required). It includes built-in microphone and speaker for real-time two-way audio, and a 99dB siren for effective security alerts.
