Tapo C501GW is an outdoor Pan/Tilt CCTV camera that supports 4G LTE and Ethernet connectivity, eliminating the need for Wi-Fi. It is ideal for remote locations such as farms, warehouses, or vacation homes without stable internet access. The camera features a 1/3" CMOS sensor and an F1.6 lens, offering a 116.7° diagonal viewing angle with a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a 30 fps frame rate for smooth video. It can pan 340° horizontally and tilt 85°, with AI-powered detection for people, pets, vehicles, and abnormal activities such as crossing lines or broken glass. Customizable alert zones can be set for specific areas. It also supports two-way communication with built-in microphone and speaker, along with a 99 dB siren for security. The camera can record locally via MicroSD card up to 512 GB and through the Tapo Care cloud service (subscription required).
